Subversion reported the following

Version Information:
TortoiseSVN 1.9.4, Build 27285 - 64 Bit , 2016/04/24 13:59:58
Subversion 1.9.4, -release
apr 1.5.2
apr-util 1.5.4
serf 1.3.8
OpenSSL 1.0.2g 1 Mar 2016
zlib 1.2.8
SQLite 3.12.1

What was happening when the error occurred:
- Using Windows 10
- I had Tortoise SVN Log Messages dialog open
- Tried to double-click on a file to see the differences in it
- My network connection went down
- The TortoiseSVN dialog box kept spinning since it couldn't access the server
- I pressed "Cancel" to close the dialog box
- This error message then popped up

Might this be more of a TortoiseSVN issue in trying to open a file that didn't exist because the file couldn't be obtained from the server?

Is this a known issue? I didn't see any references to it in the issue tracker.

Thanks!
