I was able to reproduce this problem with huge svn:log on Windows
Server 2008 R2 (Win7), but it doesn't reproduce on Windows Server 2012
R2 and Windows 10. Most likely this 32KB WriteFile to console
limitation was fixed as part of conhost.exe fixes in Windows 8 and
later.
