Can no longer connect after upgrade....

Good day,

I'm on FreeBSD 10.3 having just upgraded from 10.2 and I also upgraded
my subversion to 1.9.3 from 1.8.x

Here's my problem:

svn co svn://<myserver.domain.net>/asap/ foobar
svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'svn://<myserver.domain.net>/asap'
svn: E170001: No access allowed to this repository

This was working fine a couple of months ago.

I have no idea what is now wrong with it.

I access user information from LDAP and it used to work fine.

I can access via web browser without issue to the very repository above
and I can see all the items in it.

I believe there's something with access controls as per the message above.

What files are needed so that someone can help me troubleshoot?

svn.conf ?
httpd.conf ?
svnserve.conf ?

All of the above?

Thank you,

Paul
