Hi Margaret,
I doubt you see the difference between a repository and working copy.
The 'svn upgrade' is used to upgrade a 'working copy', which is on the
_client_.
The 'svnadmin upgrade' is used to uprgade a 'repository', which is on
the _server_
So, when you are under /subv_repos/ais_repos, run the 'svnadmin
uprgade', as Bert told you before..
