Subversion Issue Tracker Migration

The Apache Subversion developers have decided to migrate all tickets
and history from the current issue tracker at Tigris.org[1] to the
Jira instance hosted by the Apache Software Foundation[2].

We feel that an important aspect of the migration is properly
mapping the old accounts of people who've created or discussed
the tickets at Tigris.org to accounts on the new tracker.

If you do not care about this, please ignore the rest of this mail.

If you would like to preserve your identity in the migrated tickets,
please sign up for an account in the ASF Jira here:

    https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Signup!default.jspa

then reply to this mail before Monday, 28th September, putting both
your Tigris.org username and your ASF Jira username into the message
text, so that we can preserve the ticket and comment authors during
the migration.
