I'm pretty sure that ApacheHaus used the sources from here:
 At least the options in my config file are consistent with the source code. The code is based on (and almost identical to) this project:
 The mod-auth-sspi module has been in use at our site for several years, but only supports apache-2.2.
 I'm also aware of some related projects, but as far as I understand these have not been maintained for some time:
