If you had a stock RHEL5.x apache, I'd recommend starting here:
http://opensource.wandisco.com/rhel/5/svn-1.8/RPMS/. You might be
able to get the src.rpms to rebuild against what you have, but I think
the apr* part has to match your apache build.
