Hey Mohsin Abbas.

Apparently it is your job to get an SCM system running with certain
features. And apparently you fail to do so, but not because it is hard. As
one can tell from the history of your posts on this list you at least
pretend to have no clue, and are unable or unwilling to remediate the
situation by elementary reading. One might call this challenged, to
distinguish the situation from someone else who sits down, reads, and
occasionally comes by these lists to ask a question that makes sense.

Just because our time and support and software is free does not mean it has
no value. Much to the contrary, our time is very valuable while yours is
apparently cheap. I seems hillarious for you to ask a question that can be
trivially answered by using Google, reading the fine documentation or just
trying it out.

It once again shows that professionally, you have little issue asking for a
lot that is free, much to the dismay of the FLOSS community at large which
expects nothing else than a decent conversation. I will project this to you
personally and not on the IT industry of your apparent origin, with which I
am sure many will have made their own experiences. This may be a cultural
thing, or just opportunistic behaviour.

You are being paid to know your stuff, or know how to learn it. Not knowing
how to set something up is okay. However being lazy as you are and not even
doing fundamental reading is not.

The answer to your question is:
To install webmin, read the installation manual for webmin.

RG.
