Unable to make a filesystem copy. [404, #160013]

Hi all,

While tagging source of application i am getting this error . Please suggest
what is wrong with this :

Apache log :

Tortoise SVN Client :

File not found: transaction '210115-1' path
/http/abc.svn.com/x/x/x/customerservice/src
