If I look at the stack trace it appears the crash appears to be within the tool installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\ActivIdentity\ActivClient, which somehow makes itself run inside Subversion, via some kind of COM hook.

But as Ivan suggested, I would recommend upgrading to a supported Subversion version before spending time on diagnosing the exact problem.
