Running this command on the SVN server manually works, just not in the
post-commit hook script
/usr/bin/svn co --username apache --password ***** -q
http://svnServer/<http://svnserver/>
<myREPO>/trunk/wwwroot/ /var/svn/svntmp/<myREPO>/build/
