Issue 4039 missing details what is not working in users case. There is
no reproduction case or something. Bert pointed the most likely users
want to create SUBST drive for part of working. This case is not
solved by my fix. And most likely never be fixed, so issue should be
closed with "WONTFIX" or "BYDESIGN".
