You might include more details. What is the base OS you're working with,
and is it a system provided Subversion package or a manually built one? And
what are you trying to accomplish that you need a consultant for?

I'm doing full time consulting work, but our friends over at CollabNet and
WanDisco might be able to provide some consulting work. They're certainly
active here and wind up writing a lot of the code or new releases.
