Issue with respect with Connecting to SVN https url through client

Hi,

I am trying to connect an https url through SVN client using basic authentication and it throws error saying could not authenticate but if I use the same https url through browser with the same credential, it is working fine without any issues. I tried the same in other networks in the same box and it works fine. I understand this is something to do with network but not sure what is the issue that I need to report them as it is working fine in browser and not working only in SVN client.

Could you please help me on what the problem is, so that I could get it resolved with the network team.
