Enabling

[global]
neon-debug-mask = 511

(or perhaps some other setting for non-Neon operation, dunno)
in ~/.subversion/servers
will probably enable a world of new info
which would hopefully spit out the whereabouts of the closing parts
of this transfer
("200 OK" doesn't seem too detailed for now).
