Witnessing Eric 5 (Python 3 IDE) Test & Doc Project

After
an analogous work centred on the Eric 4 (Python 2.x)
IDE [*], we are now planning to Test & Document also the current
Eric 5 (Python 3.x)
IDE. In case you'd like to
witness this adventure from inside, or even have a say about its
development, let me know, and I'll be glad to welcome you.
