line 94: assertion failed

I just installed the Windows 7, 64-bit version of Subversion into my brand
new Windows7 box. After installation, I tried to do a GET from our
database, and it gave me the error below.
- I saw a similar error for version 1.7.1 in your database:
(http://svn.haxx.se/users/archive-2011-11/0510.shtml).
