svn2cl package, was Re: Updates to subversion-1.6.18-srpms, subversion-1.7.4-srpms, and svn2cl-0.13-srpms on github

Along with the 1.6.18 and 1.7.4 SRPM toolkits, I've published an "svn2cl"
SRPM packagong kit at:

    https://github.com/nkadel/svn2cl-0.13-srpm

This is because Subversion 1.7.4 discarded the "contrib" directory in the
tarballs, and the svn2cl that was previously included was rather out of
date. The RPM built from this "Requires:" subversion, but is independent of
the version of Subversion, since this utility has its own versioning scheme.

I'm also pushing this to Repoforge, but if you want svn2cl for
subversion-1.7.x RHEL hosts, do feel free to use this.
