At least I don't really understand your question, if you're saying
that you already use Tortoise, because it's a Windows Explorer
integration and as such is rarely used in those programs. Maybe it
will help the Tortoise people if you describe the background of your
question more detailed, for example if you have any problems or else.
Tortoise shouldn't be a problem in your programs at all.
