##English on irc.freenode.net is telling me it's 3. Wikipedia seems to allow both ways.

A simple Google search seems to have advocates for both ways. I'm happy to see my change reverted. Does anyone else have any input?

Hrm. Maybe it's just been too many years since I tried to obey a style guide but I was pretty sure that an ellipsis at the end of a sentence with no sentence following required four dots. Ancient memories though, I'll admit.
