Please check out a new working copy.

This working copy was probably upgraded with 1.7.0, and there is
a known upgrade bug in that version which can trigger this error.
The error triggers with 1.7.1 also if the working copy was upgraded
with 1.7.0. But it should not happen with a new checkout. If you keep
seeing this problem with a new checkout, please let us know.
