The message says about wrong URL.
What was the URL that you tried to check out? You may replace parts of
it, but general idea must be clear.

You can reopen checkout dialog - there is a drop-down list with
previous URLs there,
or look in the activity log (TortoiseSVN -> Settings -> go to "Saved
Data" page -> see "Action log" -> click "Show").
