Lion comes with Sqlite 3.7.5:

mjparme:~:14> /usr/bin/sqlite3 -version
3.7.5

The INSTALL file says: "Subversion 1.7 requires SQLite version 3.6.18 or
above. "

I am going to try building it with the sqlite amalgamation sqlite.c file and
see what that does for me.
