Even googling 'assertion failed (work_presence == svn_wc__db_status_normal'
brings up identical reports and answers to those.

Funny how people manage to read and do this while completely missing
the previous parts.

While it would be nice if you somehow indicated if you already did
this homework, it seems that there is hardly any resolution to what
the problem actually *is*. People keep reporting contextlessly, getting
bashed for that, and that's it, and that's not really good.

The only thing I came up with is Issue #3532 which indicates
there are hanging WC locks.
