Comparison to Perforce

Hello. I would appreciate some information regarding the advantages of Subversion over Perforce. There are comparisons out there, but I'm afraid that they may be biased since they appear to be authored by Perforce users or the Perforce company. I am looking for views from the SVN users themselves, especially if they have used Perforce before. My company has been using Perforce for many years. However, lately we are considering moving to an alternative source code control system. Could you please help me? Thank you.
