"Subversion encountered a serious problem." error details

I was checking in latest code before leaving.

Only noticeable difference between today (and also in the last few days) as compared to previously is that my Tortoise app is not supported by the subversion server software. See below. Though, I have not experienced the above issue until 15 minutes ago.
