If you have a backup, replace the file wih the backed up one. If you
don't, really really bad and it's the next you should take care of. In
the worst case you have no other chance but to hope that one of you're
working copies has the most current version of every data, create a
new repository with the old, working revisions dumped into and make a
very large commit to get the most current source as a new version.
