1. I got this – hope it helps.
I’m using TortoiseSVN-1.7.0-RC1-x64-svn-1.7.0-dev on win7 x64 sp1.
2. It would be better if such dialogs had textual content that can be copied & pasted and searched for in forums, instead of such a dialog that has to be screen-shot.
