Just curious, you state you are trying to run "TortoiseSVN 1.6.16, Build 21511 - 32 Bit", isn't Windows 7 64 bit?

Thx, I'll look into these.
At the moment I am trying to export a single file rather than a directory into my local destination directory, do you think that would make a difference?
