And of course it's no option to switch operations group to SVN, right?
Seems you need to write your own tool/script. Depending on the amount
of files, directory structure etc. it may not be too much effort. You
need two working copys, that one for SVN, the one for CVS, update the
SVN working copy regularly, copy files, commit to CVS with the logs
used form the SVN revisions.
