Subversion 1.7 is still being developed.
It hasn't been released yet so it is not a supported version.
It should only be used by people who want to help with developing
Subversion itself. So unless you want to contribute patches to Subversion,
you should be using the most recent 1.6 release (currently 1.6.15).

It says that your 1.7 binary was compiled in November last year.
There is no point in looking into problems with 1.7 binaries that old.
