OPTIONS of ... could not connect to server

Hi

Whenever I commit, I'm getting this message.

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: OPTIONS of 'https://svn.example.com/repos/mysite': could not connect to server (https://svn.example.com)

Can anyone tell me where to look? Thanks.

I'm on CentOS 5.4, kernel 2.6.18-128.el5 #1 SMP
