Just rm the trunk. You might even want to rm the branches, depending on
whether the projects still receive a minimal amount of maintenance.

In that case, you could move it.

In any case, the old relocation rule applies. Any box not unpacked after a
year should be thrown away without even taking a look at the content. You
didn't need it anyway. ;^)
