Errors "400 Bad Request"

Hello everyone!

About a year ago I started to get rare "400 bad request" errors, but
retry usually helped.
Doesn't help anymore.

Here is last line from Apache access log:
192.168.XXX.XXX - - [20/Sep/2010:10:14:43 +0400]
"ction-set/></D:options>OPTIONS /svn/projectX/trunk HTTP/1.1" 400 390
"-" "SVN/1.6.12 (r955767) neon/0.29.3"

Server: Subversion 1.6.6 on Ubuntu (from official repository), Client:
Windows Subversion 1.6.12.
