svn://
If I try http all i get is

$ svn co http://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/themes.rockbox.org
svn: OPTIONS of 'http://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/themes.rockbox.org':
200 OK (http://svn.rockbox.org)

I can telnet to that svn server and I can do the initial svn co so I
don't tihnk its a connection blocking issue.
