SVN Client

Hello

I'm an ABAP developer. I would like to connect my system with a svn
repository.

My idea is that I comunicate the source code of every program, when the
program is saved.

All the others access to the svn (look up, diff, ecc.) should be done with
an external client (still to be defined, but it is really of secondary
importance).

What is the minimum I've to develop to reach my goal?
Is there a WebService interface to svn?
How complex is to develop to direct over http?
Is there any "http" simple "bridge" between a generic development system an
svn?
