Apache Restart Necessary After Changing Access?

From: Williams, James P2 (N-USA) <james.p2.williams_at_lmco.com>

If I change the contents of my AuthzSVNAccessFile, do I have to restart my Apache server to see the changes take effect?

After looking at get_access_conf() in mod_authz_svn.c, it appears a restart is unnecessary. It looks like the access file is read on every request and cached during the request. Experimentation seems to agree.
