Setting auto-props from Server side ?

Hi,

Just curious if there is a way out to set auto-props for certain binary
files on server side ? I know, it is can be set on Client like TortoiseSVN.

I am using Subversion 1.6.1 on CenOS 5.2 with APR 1.2.7.
