An idea for a very very advanced writers of Flash/Subversion books:
Porting Subversion libraries from C to AS3 using
Alchemy<http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/alchemy/>.
So a full native client could be written using Adobe's AIR and accessing to
Subversion Servers directly from inside the Flash player.
