SVN Timeout problem

I'm not able to connect with SVN from my eclipse.

It says, Synchronize operation failed.

svn: timed out waiting for server

svn: OPTIONS request failed on '/EMS/NewDB/EMSDEV/EMSDEV/src'

How to resolve this problem?
