Windows binaries for 1.6.9

Hello,

I was wondering if the windows binary releases are still going to be
maintained as they were for previous releases on tigris.org? I ask because
the most recent version available there (
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=8100) is
v1.6.6.

We always used to grab the svn-win32-X.X.X.zip file out there to get the
full binaries including the Apache modules. It was very convenient to not
have to install a MSI to get those bits. The CollabNet server comes with a
full Apache HTTP server, which isn't really necessary for us. I'd rather
not install the MSI and go in and pick out the bits we need.

Thanks,
-chris
