Symptom: auth by path failed when path includes '[' and ']'

svnaccessfile:

[groups]

g_manager = manager

g_developer = developer

[test:/]

* =

[test:/[1]report]

@g_manager = rw

@g_developer =

Result:

Neither manager or developer could not commit files under folder
“[1]report”
