Well, actually at first this one seemed to be quite trivial. Its
enough to raise Apache loglevel to debug in order to see the exact
filenames in mod_authnz_ldap logs.

Now I get a request which fails, but it ask for over 1000k files.
After blocking out whole dir I can actually sync whole repo. I will
have to work out a script to find out which of those files
actually fails.

Working on this now, looks like I will be able to recover everything
but few files.
