Correct
Gave the mime-type as text/url, still giving the option to only save
and cancel, but not open, save and cancel, hope the mime-type is
correct.. if not please suggest, so that all the three options open,
save and cancel would appear in firefox

There is no modmimeproperty unless you invent it. There's svn:mime-type.
