Memory consumption when doing an annotate with IntelliJ IDEA

All,

We're seeing an issue where if users tell IntelliJ IDEA to annotate a source file, the Apache process that handles the request will consume all the memory on the box, forcing us to power it down to get it back. I've done some searching around and have not been able to find any definitely related post about this issue. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Thanks,

Hugh
