Basically, you can use svn switch --relocate to switch the working copy url. However, that will probably not switch the associated credentials, you'd probably still have to use the --username switch.

But as Andy asked, why that requirement? What's the basic idea behind that? If you'd tell us we could give you a better advice. Currently the only difference I see compared to using one single url is that you make the process unnecessarily painful.
