Keyword expansion on Unicode text files

Hi,

what should I do in order to make keyword expansion on Unicode text files working (e.g. .inf files)?

- BOM is FF FE (used Notepad Save As --> Unicode to create the file)
- There is only the svn:keywords property on the file
