RE: upgrade SVN

I recently moved from 1.4.x to 1.6.6 and observed following

1. svnserve.exe is using CPU @ 99%. This was not the case with older version of SVN.

2. I am using svnant 1.3(svnkit) to do checkouts. Non recursive checkouts are giving inconsistent behavior. Such nature of checkouts are done using immediates as depth instead of files. Due to which I am getting multiple exceptions like Unable to lock, versioned directory already exist, etc.
