Subversion 1.6.x, SSL, and Fedora 12

I just recently updated my subversion server running Fedora 10 to
Fedora 12.  Previously I was able to access my repository with any
subversion client using SSL.  After the update, I am only able to
successfully access the repository through SSL with version 1.4.x and
1.5.x of the subversion client.

Subversion 1.6.x gives the following error:
svn co https://restof.url.com/svn
svn: OPTIONS of 'https://restof.url.com/svn': SSL handshake failed:
SSL error code -1/1/336032856 (https://restof.url.com)

TortoiseSVN 1.6.x gives the following error:
OPTIONS of 'https://restof.url.com/svn': SSL negotiation
failed: SSL error code -1/1/336032856 (https://restof.url.com)

Thanks for your help,
Mike
