SmartSVN has been around for awhile. Looks like 6.5 final was released today. But note that this is not a Mac-only program; it's cross-platform, an attribute which in my experience tends to make software less lovely on any platform than if it had been designed specifically for that platform. I don't know if that applies specifically to SmartSVN, but it seems to be true of software generally.

When I glanced at Versions when it first came out, it seemed to be a very Mac-like (and Mac-only) Subversion client, but it is not free.
I'm afraid I exclusively use the svn command line client on my Mac, so I don't have much advice for you in selecting a GUI. But I find the CLI just fine for interacting with Subversion. Sometimes I also reach for a web-based repository viewer to browse the repository or research its history.
